A large plastic bin filled with receipts verifies that every inch of the car was scrutinized, as you’ll see invoices for everything from a transmission rebuild to a new wiper motor. Under the iconic power bulge hood is a 427 big block with tri-power (three 2-barrel carburetors). The engine compartment is extra clean showing off the original chrome valve covers and air cleaner. You’ll also notice chrome headers that are actually part of the functional sidepipe exhaust system. The sound is incredible. The car is also equipped with air conditioning, power steering, and power brakes.
An Autosound radio fits neatly in the stock location. The car’s original appearance is preserved with the original color Can-Am White exterior paint, Rallye wheels with hubcaps and trim rings, and even red line tires from BFGoodrich. The black vinyl interior also presents as new. The ride and handling is also refreshed with new suspension pieces and bushings.
