1971 Dodge Charger RT – U0676
Vehicle Description
This magnificent Mopar is one of just 63 Hemi Charger R/Ts built by Dodge in 1971. Only 33 were automatic-equipped. This superior example has its original, numbers-matching 426 Hemi engine, and the transmission is the original, numbers-matching Torqueflite automatic. Twin four-barrel carburetors feed the massive elephant. They are assisted by the Ramcharger hood, which feeds cold outside air to the carbs through a manually controlled scoop. The extra stout drivetrain is completed by a 9¾ inch Dana 60 Sure-Grip rear end with 4.10 gears. Power steering and power front disc brakes assist you in controlling this muscle car kingpin. Desirable options include the Super Track Pak, center console, and a large factory tach. With its gold metallic paint, black R/T hood stripes, and black bucket seat interior, this Charger has a commanding presence. Entered in Galen’s Registry, the car is verified to be an original, numbers matching Hemi Charger. It comes with the original window sticker and two broadcast sheets. Direct from the Maxwell family collection, we are proud to offer this 1971 Dodge Hemi Charger R/T for sale at our Pittsburgh Showroom at Maxmotive.
