This solid, time capsule 1974 Chevrolet Z28 is now available at the MaxMotive Pittsburgh Showroom. It’s an original Z28 with its original 350ci Z28 V8 engine working with a Turbo 400 automatic. The engine has been cleaned, painted, and detailed with finned aluminum Corvette valve covers and topped with a Quadrajet four-barrel. Tube headers send the exhaust to chrome side pipes. The original exhaust manifolds are included. You’ll also notice upgrades such as Accel ignition wires and a new alternator. An aluminum radiator enhances reliability. Power steering and power front disc brakes enhance handling and driveability. Inside are black vinyl bucket seats, the original center console and floor shifter, factory AM/FM radio, and Bosch auxiliary gauges. A fire bottle is included as well. The car proudly wears its original color Antique White with faded Z28 stripes, and the factory front and rear spoilers. Staggered offset ET 5-spoke wheels and Remington white letter radials complete a period correct look. It comes with its original Owner’s Manual. This 1974 Chevrolet Z28 is remarkably solid and original all over – even underneath – with just the right amount of patina, and just the right upgrades so that it can be driven and enjoyed for years to come.
