1986 Chevrolet S10 Pickup

Here’s a 1986 Chevrolet S10 Pickup featuring a who’s who of aftermarket and speed equipment upgrades, and it’s now available from the MaxMotive Pittsburgh Showroom. The truck is loaded with goodies from Edelbrock, Holley, MSD, Hedman, B&M, Grant, Auto Meter, Optima, and Weld Racing. The small block Chevy engine starts with a 350 block and is fed by the tried and true Holley four-barrel and Edelbrock manifold combination. On top is a big K&N air filter in a chrome housing. An MSD box and Blaster coil light things up. Exhaust exits via coated Hedman Hedders and Flowmaster mufflers. So yes, you’ll love the sound. Power is transmitted through a Turbo 350 automatic to a 10-bolt rear with 4.10 gears. A beefy B&M ratchet shifter allows you to shift aggressively in manual mode, or run it in Drive. The interior is the original red with a beautiful cloth bench seat. Aside from the shifter, everything is stock except for a full array of white face Auto Meter Pro Comp gauges and a handsome Grant steering wheel. Power steering and power front disc brakes help keep things smoothly under control. Some trick touches include slapper bars, a driveshaft loop, a vacuum reservoir, a plastic fuel cell and a bed-mounted Optima red-top battery demonstrating the attention to detail and thoroughness of this build. In back is a Tek Styles Quick Hatch bed cover, and there’s a car cover in the bed as well. Polished Weld Racing Draglite forged aluminum wheels carry staggered sized radial tires.
