What is the Consignment entry fee?

There is no cost to consign.

How long is a consignment period?

90 Days

Do I have to leave the car with you?

Yes, per the Department of Motor Vehicles regulations we need to have the vehicle on site.

In what condition does my vehicle need to be?

The vehicle needs to be in good condition, running engine, no visible rust, no major defects in body/paint materials.

Why should I consign my vehicle and not bring to an auction or sell it on my own?

We advertise worldwide, work with the best financing institutions and handle all the “tire kickers”. No need to worry about late-night calls and no heavy lifting. We will take care of it all.

When is the best time to drop off my vehicle?

Pittsburgh location:
MONDAY – FRIDAY 9am to 6pm est.
SATURDAY 10am to 3pm est.

Boca Raton location:
TUESDAY & FRIDAY 9am to 6pm est.
WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY 9am to 7pm est.
SATURDAY 9am to 3pm est.

Do I have to give in my Title?

No. We will only need a copy of the title (front and back) in color.

How long does it take for my car to be sold?

All depends on pricing and conditions. We have sold cars within hours and others have taken a few consignment periods.

What happens if the vehicle does not sell within the 90 days?

You are welcome to renew for another 90-day consignment period, free of charge or you can schedule to pick it up.

When my vehicle sells, when will I receive payment?

Depends on how the sale of the vehicle is funded (see below) and at that time, you will receive a call to bring in the title in exchange for the check.

  • Cashier’s Check / Funding via Lender / Wire Transfer– 5 to 10 business days
  • Personal Check will take up to 14 business days

Should my car be inspected?

It is always recommended that each vehicle be inspected by an independent third-party inspection company prior to vehicle sale.
