1936 Packard 120 Limo – V0872
Vehicle Description
This rare 1936 Packard custom Limousine is available now from the Maxmotive Pittsburgh Showroom. It offers luxurious interior space for maximum comfort and copious amounts of power from its supercharged big block powerplant. Completed in 2004 by the original owner, it has only been driven 7740 miles since. The all-steel body is mounted on a Packard commercial frame with a long 160 inch wheelbase and air spring shocks with Air Lift rear shock air control. The interior is not only spacious, it is beautifully appointed with highlights by Wabbits Wood Works. Rich Carpathean Elm Burlwood stretches the length of the ceiling with LED lights and swivel map lights. Burlwood also makes up the dash panels, the AC vent panel, the rear floor deck, door panel trim, and the floor console. Also overhead is the Kenwood tuner/DVD/CD/Nav Ready/and Satellite Ready 7-inch screen with remote. It’s air conditioned with power windows and a leather wrapped steering wheel on a tilt column. Also among the luxurious extras are power steering, power four-wheel disc brakes, and power seats. PPG VW Cybergreen Metallic gives the car a custom look in combination with staggered Boyd Coddington polished billet wheels. Yes, it’s built for comfort, but watch out, there’s a SSI supercharged .060 over 454 under the hood to provide the speed. A pair of 650 Holleys sit atop the 6-71 blower for visual impact as well as stout performance. An amazing full length dual exhaust system complete with crossover pipe simply sounds splendid. A 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission sends the power to a sturdy Ford 9-inch way at the other end of this long limo. A thick binder with detailed specs, instructions, and receipts will make caring for this versatile, high-quality build a breeze.
