This beautifully preserved 1951 Ford Custom Deluxe Convertible is now available from the MaxMotive Pittsburgh Showroom. It has its original but professionally rebuilt 239ci Flathead V8 engine and 3-speed manual transmission. The car has been driven approximately 2500 miles since. A new aluminum radiator was installed to keep the Flathead cool. The black paint gives the car a regal look with the white top and black and white interior. The car was treated to a repaint in 1972. Considerable effort has been put forth to keep this beauty on the road and running strong. It has all new wiring, new brake cylinders and master cylinder, the fuel tank was professionally cleaned and coated, and all the electrical convertible top components have been replaced. The tires are new Coker radial whitewalls, and theres a spare tire in the trunk along with the jack and a car cover. This handsome 1951 Ford Custom Deluxe Convertible is ready to drive and enjoy, it has the Deluxe trim to further set it apart, and the receipts for the mechanical restoration are included. Please be sure to see the detailed photos at www.maxmotive.com.
