1965 Ford Mustang

Maxmotive is proud to present this tastefully, and highly modified 1965 fastback Mustang. The iconic styling of the fastback Mustang is such a sleek and eye-catching body design when it rolled off the factory in 1965. This Mustang has a nice and lengthy list of modifications done to it. The saying of you can not build this car, for what is invested in it holds true for sure on this Mustang. Since the build was completed in 2022, the Mustang has approximately 2,800 enjoyment miles on it. You want to see cars after they have been modified, driven and enjoyed. It allows for proper shakedown time. This Mustang is ready for it’s next owner to drive and enjoy. Under the hood, a 5.0 V-8 has been stroked to a 347. The engine has a Edelbrock Pro Flow 3 fuel system, aluminum heads, MSD ignition, billet distributor, and Patriot headers. Mated to the engine is a Tremec 5 speed manual transmission with a Hurst shifter. Keeping the engine cool, is a Becool aluminum radiator, while inside the cabin vintage air keeps its passengers comfortable. Under that beastly motor, is a Mustang II tubular front suspension, power rack and pinion steering heading out to coil overs on all four corners. With that much power coming from under the hood, you have to be able to stop. Hydraboost brakes are paired with disc brakes at all four wheels. Inside the cabin, front bucket seats with Carroll Shelby insignia, and RetroSound radio paired Pioneer speakers. A Heidts 4 link rear suspension, Ford 9′ rear axle, and an Aeromotive fuel tank complete the upgrades. With all that horsepower and aftermarket upgrades, you have to look good as well. This Mustang definitely carries the looks part. A scooped hood, LED headlights, Eddie Motorsports billet hood and trunk hinges, and Shelby sequential LED tail lights. The tail lights were frenched into the rear tail panel, allowing a much cleaner and recessed look for the Shelby taillights. This beauty is ready for its next home.
