This nicely preserved, very driveable 1967 Chrysler Newport Custom 4-door Hardtop is now available from the MaxMotive Pittsburgh Showroom. Under the hood is a robust 383 cubic inch V8 engine with an Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor for added reliability and performance. It was treated to a rebuild in 2017. The body proudly wears its original color paint, Turbine Bronze Metallic. Inside, the cloth and vinyl seats and the dash look great and it has newer carpeting. You’ll notice that an aftermarket switch for delay wipers has been installed, otherwise everything is as original including the radio. Inside the massive trunk, you’ll find the original jack along with a spare tire. The wheels have been upgraded to period correct American Torq Thrust mags, emphasizing the muscular side of the big Chrysler. The glovebox contains the original Operator’s Instructions (Owner’s Manual) along with the original warranty card and a collectible original brochure.
