This Camaro is the perfect blend of old-school styling and new-school handling and performance. The black paint and white Super Sport stripes provide the don’t-mess-with-success classic look. But under the cowl induction hood lives a year 2000 LS1 V8 with 450+ horsepower. A GM 4L60E automatic sends the horses to a Ford Moser 9-inch with 3.55 posi gears. The suspension is what makes the car a Pro Touring beast. Detroit Speed Engineering tubular A-arms, DSE 3” lowered springs, and QA1 shocks work with Baer slotted disc brakes all around. There’s lots of fun stuff inside too, like Recaro bucket seats in a leather interior, Auto Meter Gauges, Vintage Air, and a Sony stereo. The wheels and tires are 17 inch 5-spoke Rockets and BFG ultra performance radials. The engine has seen only about 60 miles since the completion of the build.
