All the essentials are here, including 502 cubic inches of big block power. The 502 crate engine is shod with Edelbrock aluminum heads, and an Edelbrock Performer intake with a Quick Fuel QFT Slayer carb on top. The tidy, functional engine room is dressed with chrome valve covers and air cleaner plus a polished alternator. A beefed Turbo 350 transmission sends the ample power to a 9-inch Moser rear with 3.73 gears. An airbag suspension and traction bars maintain traction and control. Tube headers are connected to a full-length dual exhaust system with Pypes Mufflers and chrome tips. The smooth sheet metal is bathed in Hugger Orange paint and the stripes are painted on as well. Inside, the stock black vinyl interior features bucket seats and a center console with basket handle floor shifter. Upgrades include a Grant GT steering wheel, a big Pro Comp II Memory Tach, Auto Gage auxiliary gauges, and a Custom Autosound stereo. Mickey Thompson tires are mounted on polished aluminum wheels. M/T ET Street DOT drag radials sized 275/60R15 provide the bite while narrow M/T Sportsmans see duty up front. The car is also equipped with power steering and power front disc brakes.
