Legendary comedy star Jack Benny loved his Maxwell. Jack performed in some famous comedy routines with Mel Blanc hilariously replicating the engine sound. This beautifully preserved 1923 Maxwell 25 Club Coupe has been loved for many years as well. In fact, its former owner collected hard-to-find books and literature that are kept with the car. The 185.8 cubic inch engine and 3-speed manual transmission function well to provide a vintage ride. The wood on the dash and the floor add warmth and are very well preserved. The Maxwell 25 Coupe was a popular automobile back in the Roaring ‘20’s. 42,788 were produced. Today, they are a rare sight, especially one as true to its origin as this one, and it is the recipient of several awards as a result.
