1964 Chevrolet Corvette – V0755
Vehicle Description
Here’s a black on black 1964 Corvette Coupe with its original small block engine and 4-speed. The original, numbers-matching 300 horsepower 327 is in stock trim including the exhaust manifolds. On top is a fresh four barrel to make everything run and look great. The motor is dressed in the proper orange paint with the ID stickers on the valve covers. Extra GM approved stickers are included for you to take the car further or add detail. The Muncie 4-speed manual transmission, when teamed with the 327 on a C2 is a desirable and now highly collectible package. Black exterior paint and a black interior give the car a formidable, no-nonsense look. The interior, like the engine, is stock-appearing with black vinyl bucket seats, center console, and the very handsome simulated walnut-rim 3-spoke steering wheel. The center console features the factory Delco AM/FM radio. Correct spinner wheel covers continue the no-frills theme along with a set of whitewall Dunlop radials. It’s well known that the 1963 Corvette caused a sensation. 1964 offered Chevrolet a year to refine the design, and there were many changes, some subtle, some significant — such as revised body and transmission mounts for more refinement and a quieter ride. One of the all-time favorite engines with a 4-speed in a neat black C2. This 1964 Corvette Coupe is waiting for you at Maxmotive.
