We are pleased to offer this outstanding 1979 GMC Sierra Grande Shortbed Stepside Pickup, available now from the MaxMotive Pittsburgh Showroom. The 350ci engine was rebuilt in August 2023 with a .040 overbore and a COMP Thumper cam and kit. (Cam specs included)
On top is an Edelbrock carburetor and Edelbrock aluminum intake along with chrome Edelbrock chrome valve covers. A new TCI Turbo 350 sends the torque to a Dana rear with 3.73 gears. There are approximately 200 miles on the engine and transmission. This beast is a beauty too, with gorgeous black paint and matte black graphics. It has a chrome roll bar, chrome grille guard, and KC Lites. It sits nice and high thanks to Rough Country suspension components. The rich Sierra Grande interior features a gray bench seat, and the wood bed floor neatly picks up the color. It’s downright luxurious with air conditioning, power steering, power front disc brakes, power windows, power door locks, tilt column, and cruise control. An Autosound radio has been added along with a Uniden CB. The truck rides on big BFG 35×12.50R15LT Mud Terrain T/A tires wrapped around beautifully polished aluminum slot wheels.
